gigEasy brought in Bramble and Bird to serve as Head of Special Projects to lead the design and implementation of a new health indemnity offering that targeted gig economy workers.
We developed a three-tiered benefits package, led product strategy for integrating health offerings into the gigEasy platform, and coordinated with the carrier to align on partnership requirements. In parallel, we researched and scoped options for partnering with a membership association to support the insurance infrastructure, including legal guidance, filings, and negotiation support.
Bramble ensured operational readiness, participated in sprint planning with the product team, and built a transition plan for internal ownership post-launch. The result was a fully scoped, compliant, and partner-aligned program for gigEasy to independently take to market.
